Tone Picker is a ringtone picker replacement application for Android powered devices.

You can use Tone Picker to set MP3s (or any built-in tone) for SMS, IM, Email, Ringtone, Notification, Alarms, Calendar, etc.

It has volume sliders and quick-set ringtone and notification functionality.
